Return Policy

We only accept defective returns or exchanges. If you receive a defective item, please contact our Customer Service Department within 14 days from the day you receive the order, and request a Return authorization. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

For defective returns, we will only provide replacements for the same items. If a replacement item is out of stock, the item's value will be refunded in your original payment method.

To ensure speedy service, please have the following information ready when you email or chat with our Customer Service Department:

  1. Your order number
  2. Product name
  3. Supporting details of the defective return

All returns must be sent to us within 30 days of the return authorization issue date. Relm's Beauty Wholesale reserves the right to refuse returns that are not received within a reasonable time frame.

Terms & Conditions

  1. All returns must be sent to Relm Beauty Wholesale's warehouse with prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
  2. Returned items must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
  3. Relm's Beauty Wholesale reserves the right to determine reshipping method regardless of the shipping method used in the original order.
  4. Relm's Beauty Wholesale is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
  5. Shipping and handling fees from the original shipment to the customer are not refundable.
  6. All refunds for unused payment will be handled once an order is fully processed.
  7. Relm's Beauty Wholesale reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any return/refund requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, Relm's Beauty Wholesale's decision will be final.

Relm's Beauty Wholesale will be responsible for return shipping costs if the defective claim is confirmed to be valid. Return shipping costs will be refunded within seven (7) days of receipt of your return.

Unwanted Item Returns

We don’t accept returns of products that are unwanted. We will not cancel orders based on the premise that Amazon will not ungate you. Please do your own research and due diligience before purchasing our products. We do not offer ungating services. We kindly suggest that you read the product information carefully before placing orders.
